Door
Alarm
A door
alarm, like the one pictured, works in the same way as
the window alarm above, sounding an alarm when the door is opened
and the contact between the two parts of the door alarm is broken.
This type of door alarm should cost just a few pounds making
it the ideal solution for those on a tight budget. |

Full
House Alarm System
A full
house security system will generally consist of an alarm box on
the outside wall of the property will emit a loud siren is the security
of the property is compromised.
Inside
the house, PIR (passive infrared) devices are placed
at various points throughout the house (in hallways and other places
when entry can be gained) that detect movement when the alarm is
activated (usually by arming the alarm at a central control panel.
This
type of alarm system has become very sophisticated, with some evening
phoning your mobile phone if it detects a break in. |
